How to Get Live Expert Help

Web Application

If you choose not to download the application, there are 2 other options available to reach our Live Expert Help on the web.

1. Contact support by initiating an Online Chat session anytime by clicking this link.

2. Log in to your Internet Security Pro account and initiate a chat help session.

Note - In all cases, you must have your subscription ID ready. Your subscriber ID was sent to you via email upon purchasing Internet Security Pro. If you do not have that email available, you can retrieve it by contacting us at cisquestions@comodo.com.

Desktop Application

Live Expert help is available as a desktop application that gives you direct access to the Live Expert Services listed above.

Note: Once you have downloaded the application the Live Expert help icon will always be on your desktop. Anytime you have a problem, you just click on the icon and start a chat session. Our support team will be there to help you with all your computer questions and issues.

Your purchase allows you receive the services throughout your subscription period. Upon expiration of the subscription period, you may renew the subscription for additional terms. All services are subject to your acceptance of the Comodo license agreement which is presented during the sign up process and available for review here. Product features may be added, modified, or removed during the service period. All services required high-speed Internet access.
